Y-type waterproof connectors serve to interconnect various circuits in outdoor waterproof connectors. These circuits converge within the Y-type connector, facilitating equipment connection during installation, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing and complete design, and enhancing waterproof and dustproof performance.
Our Y-type waterproof connectors place greater emphasis on the perfection of product structure and quality. They employ a two-stage injection molding process, first applying a layer of adhesive to the inside of the Y-shape, and then a second layer to the outside. This not only results in an aesthetically pleasing appearance but also provides strong internal waterproofing performance.
We have designed Y-type waterproof connectors in 1-to-2, 1-to-3, 1-to-4, 1-to-5, and 1-to-6 configurations. The main cable can accommodate up to 2*1.5mm² rubber wires, while the branch cables can accommodate up to 2*1.0mm² rubber wires. To further meet customer needs, the 1-to-2 and 1-to-3 Y-type waterproof connectors have been updated with a 3-core design. In addition, our Y-type connectors are available in both modular and coated versions. The coated version has the main cable area still covered, while the modular version features a quick-connect design on the main cable area, allowing customers to connect their own cables.
